Rainbow in my mugs ðŸŒˆ

Dhanak in my mugs….🌈
(Dhanak means Rainbow)
Rainbow in my mugs.

A small imperfect tea set I bought recently motivates me highly and gives a big message. Going unconventional and imperfect is so cool and empowering. When you don’t bother about what others will feel, then you actually think about your choices. Even if not very fruitful and profitable, it gives you satisfaction, contentment and utter happiness.

Rainbow in my mugs

I was looking for a beautiful tea set in the shop when came across these mugs. They were incomplete sets and thus cheaper. I had to buy half a dozen cups and that is a complete set so my eyes diverted to other beautiful sets. While I was making a choice for which one to buy these cups were regularly catching my eyes n thoughts as I love colourful things. I couldn’t resist and started fondling with these cups. Shopkeeper said…. “Apko to set lena hai poora waha koi complete set nahi… Colour bhi alag.. Design bhi alag hai… aur shape bhi… Kaise bhi 6 ka set nahi banega”. I was disappointed. With heavy heart pointed towards one set and payed for it. But these colours, which were actually my choice, were not leaving my eyes.
I had to collect all my jhansi ki rani wala courage and I decided to go by my choice. I started picking different colours. Shopkeeper kept saying ” Madam set nahi banega… Bekar me time waste kar rahe ho”.
I kept selecting and found that they were 7 different shades and bought them all. I was so happy that I can’t explain. As if I had achieved something. I had a rainbow in my bag.

You know what, the so called beautiful set is still packed and my beautifully imperfect colours have already honoured two sets of guest. I don’t know what they thought but yes I felt like a winner serving tea in these cups.
Jist of the story is that if any of your likes and choices are not harming anyone then go for it, even if it is unconventional.

‘Kya kahenge log’ 🙂’
